1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of valet parking services provided by Prestige Valet NYC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under Prestige Valet International, based in Brooklyn, New York. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Prestige Valet NYC provides professional valet parking services for weddings, galas, corporate events, B'nai Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, private parties, restaurant partnerships, and other events across New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Westchester County.

Services are rendered based on the specific scope agreed upon in your booking confirmation, including but not limited to:

• Number of uniformed valet attendants
• Event date, location, and hours of service
• Equipment provided (podiums, signage, ticket systems)
• Any additional services agreed upon in writing

3. Bookings & Confirmations

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and any required deposit. Verbal agreements, email inquiries, and quote requests do not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Any changes to your event details (date, location, guest count, hours) must be communicated in writing and are subject to our availability and potential adjustment of pricing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service contract. Generally:

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the event
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services
• All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation Policy below

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to prestigevaletint@gmail.com.

• 30+ days before event: Deposit is refundable minus a $150 administrative fee
• 15–29 days before event: 50% of total contract value is due
• Less than 14 days before event: 100% of total contract value is due
• Day-of cancellation: Full payment is required with no exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, public emergencies, acts of God). In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

6. No Responsibility for Damages or Accidents

By using Prestige Valet NYC services, clients acknowledge and agree that Prestige Valet NYC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any damages, accidents, losses, theft, or injuries that occur to any vehicle, person, or property in connection with the valet service.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Any damage to vehicles while in our care, custody, or control
• Any accidents or collisions involving vehicles being parked or retrieved
• Any items left inside vehicles, including personal belongings, valuables, or equipment
• Any pre-existing or new damage to vehicles of any kind
• Any injury to guests, attendants, or third parties arising from the valet operation
• Any property damage occurring in the parking area or surrounding premises

Clients park and retrieve vehicles entirely at their own risk. By booking our services, you expressly waive any and all claims against Prestige Valet NYC for damages or accidents of any kind. Prestige Valet NYC assumes no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to the provision of valet services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in proper operating condition prior to valet service. We reserve the right to refuse to park vehicles that appear unsafe or inoperable.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Prestige Valet NYC, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details including location, guest count, and start/end times
• Ensure adequate parking space is available or arrange a designated parking area
• Notify us of any venue-specific requirements, permits, or restrictions in advance
• Treat our staff with respect — we reserve the right to withdraw services if our team is subjected to harassment or unsafe conditions
• Ensure any required venue permits for valet operations are obtained

8. Staffing & Operations

We reserve the right to determine appropriate staffing levels based on the event scope. All attendants are trained professionals. Our on-site supervisor has final authority over all operational decisions during the event, including decisions related to vehicle safety and parking logistics.

In the event of severe weather, safety hazards, or circumstances that make safe operation impossible, we reserve the right to modify or suspend operations temporarily while maintaining staff on site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prestige Valet NYC assumes no liability whatsoever for any damages, losses, injuries, accidents, or claims of any nature arising from or related to the provision of valet services.

In no event shall Prestige Valet NYC, its owners, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, property damage, theft, lost profits, or any other loss — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether Prestige Valet NYC was advised of the possibility of such damages.

By engaging our services, clients agree that Prestige Valet NYC's total liability, if any, shall under no circumstances exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific event. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prestige Valet NYC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph our valet operations at events for use in marketing materials, social media, and our website. If you prefer we do not photograph your event, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the event date and we will honor that request.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
